Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the UK. For international orders, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
All of our products are made to order. During busy periods, please allow up to 10 days for dispatch. Once dispatched, orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we only accept returns in the following cases:

• The wrong item was sent

• The item arrived damaged/not as described

If you experience any issues with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter. We are unable to accept returns for any other reason.

Privacy Policy

We collect and store personal information (such as your name, address, and email) solely for the purpose of processing your order.
